Dear CHMS Families,

There are several ways to stay connected here at CHMS. We send information and updates via email, text message alerts, and posts on Facebook.

If you need to update your email address, cell phone number, or to sign up for text message alerts, please complete this form with all necessary updates and turn it in to the school office.

To sign up for text message alerts, please list your preferred cell phone number AND your cell phone provider company name (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.). NOTE: Your account cannot be set up for texts without your cell provider name.

If you have not joined your child's private classroom Facebook Page, please send a friend request to Caroline Sorrows. Mrs. Caroline is our co-director and manages our social media/Facebook pages.
