Children’s House is open year-round during both the school year, September-May, and summer school, June – August. Hours: We open at 7:00am and close at 6:00pm. Half Day (morning) class hours are 8:30-11:30am. Full Day class hours are 8:30am-2:30pm. Child care is offered Before (7:00am-8:15am) and After (2:45pm-6:00pm) school hours.

Before and After School rates are the same for all ages 3months – 9 years. No Fee for drop off/pick up within 15 min of start/end time
Tuition is DUE AND PAYABLE on the 1st of each month for that month - please refer to Financial Policies for details. A late charge of $35.00 is added to all accounts not paid on the first of the month; a second late charge of $35.00 is added to all accounts not paid by the 15th of the month. Tuition rates listed above are for attendance five days per week. Pro-rated tuition for fewer days' attendance is provided on a case-by-case basis and requires administrative review. Siblings Discounts: When two or more children in a family are attending school full time the first child will pay full tuition; tuition for each subsequent child will be reduced by $30.00 per month.
Lunch & Milk Lunch is provided upon request at a charge of $110.00 per month. Milk is provided upon request at a charge of $10.00 per month. Lunches and/or milk may not be purchased daily but must be purchased by the month. In the event of an emergency lunch will be provided at a rate of $5/day.
Holidays & Closings: The school is closed on these days and there are no classes and no childcare: Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Week, the 2nd week of Christmas Break, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Spring Break, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, The Friday before Summer School starts and the Friday before the Fall semester begins (see calendar for dates).
Other: The first week of Christmas Break we remain open for childcare only (7am-6pm) for children regularly enrolled in the before and/or after school programs. Children who attend classroom hours only (Half or Full Day) DO NOT attend school during Christmas Break unless you have signed up for childcare, at an extra charge ($50 per day Drop-1n Tuition Rate.) Primary & Elementary age siblings and alumni may also sign up to attend during this week for the same rate.
Late Pick Up Fee: Children who attend for school hours only should be picked up at 2:30pm; a charge of $15.00 per hour or part thereof, will be charged for late pick up after 2:30pm. Children who attend childcare hours should be picked up by 6:00pm; A late pick-up charge of $10.00 will be assessed for every 5 minutes or part thereof past 6:00pm. This charge is payable to the staff member who had to remain late to take care of your child. Late pick-up charges are billable per child.
Withdrawal Policy: We require notice in writing one month in advance if you plan to withdraw your child from school before the end of the school year.
